To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Economic Development seeking approval for the proposed update to the Local Development Scheme (LDS) and for delegated powers to be issued to the Head of Transport and Planning to enable swifter update of the LDS in the future to ensure it is kept up-to-date, in accordance with Section 15 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended).
