Update on the performance and transition of services from Capita to the City Council PDF 317 KB Report of the Cabinet Member for Resources
providing the Committee with an overview of the transition of
services from Capita to the Council. Additional documents:
Minutes: The Committee considered and noted the report of the Cabinet Member for Resources detailing the transfer of over 240 staff and nearly 200 contracts to the Council from Capita in July.
The Cabinet Member for Resources, Councillor Barnes-Andrews was present and with the consent of the Chair addressed the meeting. The Committee paid particular attention to IT and how systems were performing. It was agreed further update reports would be brought back to the Committee at financial year end. |

Medium Term Financial Strategy Update 2019/20 to 2022/23 PDF 214 KB Report of the Chair of the Overview and
Scrutiny Management Committee recommending that the Committee
discuss the appended Cabinet report updating the Medium Term
Financial Strategy, and highlight any matters which Members feel
should be taken into account by the Executive before they finalise
their budget proposals that will be recommended to Council on 26
