Location

Located in a beautiful old building in Bugle Street, part of the Medieval 'French Quarter' of the city, the Register Office is home to our beautiful ceremony room, The Golden Jubilee Room.

With its historic arches not only does the Golden Jubilee Room provide the ideal setting for your vows, the beautiful courtyard area makes an ideal backdrop for photographs. Within sight of the old town walls, there are plenty of spots for you to enjoy the scenery.

It is difficult to find a better choice for your budget, allowing you to spend more on the extras that are important to you.

Tier options

Our tiered pricing option allows you to give legal notice for the Golden Jubilee Room and then have the freedom to increase your guest numbers by choosing a higher priced option. Please view the full terms and conditions before booking.

Booking the Golden Jubilee Room Nearest and Dearest 14 option, for example, allows you to change your option to increase your guests from 14 to either the Classic 25 guests or even the full ceremony with up to 60 guests within two weeks of your ceremony (subject to availability).

The tiered options available are:

  • Classic 25 - 23 guests and two witnesses, preset ceremony - from £362
  • Nearest and Dearest 14 - 12 guests and two witnesses, preset ceremony - from £342
  • Essentials 2 - Two guests and two witnesses, preset ceremony - from £239

All fees include an £82 deposit and two certificates.

These options are available to book three months ahead for ceremonies from 1 April to 31 October 2025 inclusive and throughout the year for ceremonies to take place between 1 November 2025 and 31 March 2026 (selected dates only).
