Public rights of way

We are responsible for maintaining and improving the public rights of way network to make it accessible and enjoyable for both residents and visitors.

The public rights of way network includes footpaths, bridleways, byways and more that are open for public enjoyment. You can walk on all public rights of way. Some are also open to horse riders, cyclists or motorists.
