I’m waiting for an adaptation

If you have been assessed for your adaptation, then you will be on our waiting list. You won’t need to contact us again as we’ll be in touch when we’re ready to carry out the work involved.

If your needs have changed, you will need to be re-assessed by a member of the Occupational Therapy (OT) team.

Get help if you have an urgent need for equipment.
