Once you have done this, please share your concerns with the Children’s Resource Service (previously known as MASH) by telephone.

Professionals can contact the Children’s Resource Service on 023 8083 2300 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm) or 023 8023 3344 (weekends, Bank Holidays and outside of office hours).

You will need to follow this up by completing the online referral form.

Health Conditions in Schools Alliance

The Health Conditions in School Alliance is made of over 30 organisations, including charities, healthcare professionals and trade unions who work collaboratively to make sure children with health conditions get the care they need in school. The site includes an example school policy, condition specific Individual Healthcare Plan templates and information on specific health conditions.
