Services for schools: Term servicing

Schools have legal responsibilities for the management and administration of property related to statutory inspections, compliance testing, and servicing activities. To assist with this our SLA can include:

  • Playground markingsCouncil team arranging and managing all statutory servicing, testing and inspecting of fixed plant and building services
  • Access to our Property Division helpdesk to request day to day reactive repairs
  • Repairs managed by repairs and maintenance team
  • Access to our in-house expertise in relation to mechanical and electrical engineers, architects, project managers, structural engineers and valuations
