Services for schools: Post 16 education team

Southampton City Council's post-16 team offers support to schools around the quality of a Careers Education, information and guidance package ensuring successful transition to learning after year 11 for all students.

Women and pupilsMuch of this offer is free including:

  • Consultancy from a Level 7 Careers manager including for recruitment
  • Access to the learning hub Virtual TEAM
  • Quality assuring of adviser by a Level 6 Careers leader
  • Access to CPD termly
