Total duration: Half day to one full day divided into four parts
Part 1 for 45 to 60 minutes
Parent/carer coffee morning/event: Opportunity to invite parents/carers in to feedback on process/next steps and to gain updated or more specific views around areas of activity.
Part 2 for 45 to 60 minutes
Joint learning walk (both in class, out of class interventions and any other relevant area of inclusive education). Focus on key areas of activity.
Part 3 for 30 to 45 minutes
Pupil voice session: Opportunity to meet with small cohort of pupils to feedback on process/next steps and to gain updated or more specific views around areas of activity.
Part 4 for 1 to 1.5 hours
- Meeting with key staff members to review areas of activity and to feedback from supportive visit
- Action plans reviewed/refined
- Review support plan and consider further avenues of support
