Here’s some of our top fun festive things to do in Southampton, to add a little sparkle and create those lasting Christmas memories for all the family.

Enjoy some festive magic at Tudor House and Garden with a visit to Father Christmas, some fun family Christmas crafts, or a special afternoon tea in the café overlooking the beautiful Tudor Knot Garden. Book Father Christmas and craft activities over the weekend of 10 December and the weekend of the 17 December. Festive afternoon teas will be all through that week. All day fun - If you’re working and need some all-day activities for the kids, SeaCity Museum are running Christmas Culture Club days, Monday 19, Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 December, drop off at 8.45am. Ideal for kids aged 6 to 12 years who love being creative and learning through fun activities. Book them at WeGotTickets. 

Kids can make their own elf on a shelf ready to create mischief around your home this December. This fun messy workshop is on Saturday 26 November over at Southampton City Art Gallery. Book a session here.

From creating your very own stunning eco Christmas decorations, to making your own personalised gift wrapping with tags, or making Christmas gonks to decorate your house with. Southampton Christmas Market is back on! Visitors to Southampton’s city centre can once again look forward to all the merriment that its Christmas market brings.
