Waste collection update

“I wanted to provide you with a further update on our waste collection services. As of Saturday, all scheduled Recycling and General waste collections were completed without any outstanding issues. Throughout the week, we have continued to see an improvement in our performance, with only two areas requiring additional work on Saturday. 

"We continue to actively work on resolving any issues that may arise on individual routes. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. As I have mentioned previously, our goal is to provide a reliable waste collection service to all residents in the community, and we will continue to work towards achieving this objective.

"I would also like to remind you all that there are no changes to collection days due to the upcoming bank holiday as our teams will be working.

"Please remember to report any missed bin collections online. And thank you again for your continued support."
