Councillor Vivienne Windle is a former Parliamentary Researcher, and is now a carer for her husband who has Parkinson’s.
A Patient Participation and Involvement volunteer for several projects in frailty at Southampton University, she also volunteers with a Friends group for a local park. She has been a project manager for a neighbourhood plan, and before that she organised specialist housing conferences for several years.
