Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: This item has been withdrawn from the Forward Plan. The scheme has been postponed for 12 months. During this postponement consideration will be given to the work coming out of the City Centre Bus Strategy which is likely to inform the development of this scheme. Date amended to the 19th February 2013 in order to fully explore the potential design and costs.
