To seek to approve the report of the Cabinet Member for Housing on the Master Plan for Estate Regeneration for Townhill Park and obtain agreement to commencement of work to implement these plans.
The Estate Regeneration vision is to create successful communities in our estates where people will want to live in the future. Building on the estate regeneration success of the Phase 1 pilot at Hinkler and Phase 2 sites the Phase 3 Townhill Park Framework has produced a comprehensive Master Plan for approval, for the whole estate setting out estate regeneration proposals in a programme phased around the next ten years.
