Oxford Street Improvement Scheme (TRO)

To consider a report of the Cabinet Member for Environment and Transport seeking Cabinet to consider any objections to replace Pay and Display parking in the part of Oxford Street East and Latimer Street with “No Waiting at any time” and “No loading between 11am and 6 am”.

 

These proposals are part of proposals to improve the streetscene.  The Cabinet will consider objections to the proposed restrictions and make a decision as to whether proposed restrictions are approved, withdrawn or amended.

 

As part of the formal and legal process for Traffic Regulation Orders items are brought to Cabinet where the Traffic Management team within the Highways Service Partnership has been unable to resolve objections.
