Report of the Chair of the Scrutiny Inquiry
Panel recommending that, subject to a final report being approved
by the Inquiry Panel on 8 April and OSMC on 15 April, Cabinet is
recommended to receive the Scrutiny Inquiry Panel report to enable
the Executive to formulate its response to the recommendations
contained within it.

Consultation process
The final report has been developed following
an extensive inquiry that considered the views of numerous
individuals, services, partners and carers over 7 meetings,
commencing in October 2020. Consultation on the Executive's
response to the Panel's recommendations will commence following
Cabinet's receipt of the final report.
