To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Young People and Skills detailing the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act, following Royal Assent in November 2009. This Act will confer new responsibilities on Local Authorities with respect to commissioning learning and skills for young people aged up to 19.
