To consider the report of the Leader of the Council seeking approval to develop a proposal, with the other Hampshire and Isle of Wight Councils, to bring about devolution of powers and responsibilities from Central Government to the wider Hampshire area and as part of this create an appropriate governance structure that will provide for binding decisions to be made at this level.
