Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Withdrawn : It was anticipated that several schools would request approval to set a deficit budget in 2014/15. The total of these deficits was expected to require a key decision by the Cabinet Member for Education and Change. However, only one deficit request has been made and this falls within decision making authority of the Head of Education Services.
