Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Decision on this matter has been deferred in order to consider the implications of the changes to ECO funding arrangements announced in the Autumn Statement on our proposals in Southampton and so revisions can then be accommodated more accurately within a strategy document. “This item has now been withdrawn from the Forward Plan with a view to bringing back later in the year when the ECO funding arrangements are more certain and the revisions can be accommodated more accurately within a strategy document.”
