Report of the Head of Leisure and Culture seeking approval of a number of above inflation price increases as set out in the Report and Appendices 1-13 as part of a new pricing structure to be effective from Friday 1^st April 2011.

Under delegation 1.1.8 it states “That Chief Officers may set, approve or vary, following consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, Head of Finance and the Solicitor to the Council, the scale of fees and charges for all services within their Directorate or Division.”
