To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Economic Development seeking approval to endorse the Thornhill Plus You final Delivery Plan.

Having had regard to the Council’s Community Strategy:

 

(i)  As Accountable Body, to both note the Annual Delivery Plan 2010/11 and the implications for the Council. 

Reasons for the decision:

The City Council has legal responsibility for the programme.

Alternative options considered:

There are no alternative options – the guidance from CLG is prescriptive.
