This report in accordance with Financial
Procedure rules will seek formal approval for Phase 1 Project
Approvals in the approved HRA Capital Programme commencing in
2011/12.
Cabinet on the 7th February approved the Housing Revenue Account
Budget for 2011/12 and recommended these be included within the
budget setting Council meeting on 16th February.
All the work will directly or indirectly improve the quality of
life for council tenants. The proposed projects will contribute to
the Councils strategic housing objectives.
