To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Housing Operations providing an update on the current position regarding the defective works carried out by British Gas Trading Limited (“BGTL”) when carrying out energy saving works at eight tower blocks at International Way and Thornhill. The report provides recommendations in relation to the legal process, financial approach, and planned remedial programme including interim works.
