Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Due to the postponement of the September Cabinet and Council meetings, having discussed with Group Leaders, the Chief Executive exercised emergency delegated powers (paragraph 1.4 Scheme of Delegation) on 3rd October 2022.
Register of Delegated Powers Reference Number or Cabinet Decision Number:: In summary, the Delegated Decision Notice was seeking a delegated decision for £4.92M with the remainder of the £47.70M to be sought at the Council meeting on 16 November 2022, and for the Cabinet recommendations (ii), (iii) and (iv) as detailed below: (ii) Approves the changes to the TCF programme in line with DfT change control and DfT approvals and provide approval for all schemes for the remaining programme as set out in Appendix 1. (iii) Approves the addition of £0.12M, to the programme in 2022/2023 to be funded by external contributions, as detailed in paragraph 34 and Appendix 2. (iv) Approves any scheme consultation as reviewed and agreed with the Cabinet Member for Transport & District Regeneration.
