Owing to changes in the Thornhill Plus You Succession Strategy, it is necessary to obtain the approval of the Council as the Accountable Body and lead partner in order that the strategy can be referred back to the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) for final approval.
The Thornhill Plus You Succession Strategy sets the context for the final programme annual delivery plan. This requires the endorsement of the Council prior to submission to the DCLG.
