This includes Disabled Adaptations, District Heating, window
replacements, utility supplies, communal heating systems, communal
doors, central heating upgrades/replacements, flat roofs including
gutters and downpipes, renewal of downpipes, lift refurbishments,
dry riser replacements, communal fan replacements, communal water
pump replacements, communal area refurbishment works, wall
structure and finish, shed and storage upgrades, Supported Housing
refurbishment, roller/shutter door replacements and works to
Ridding Close balconies.
