To consider the report of the
Cabinet Member for Children's Services seeking approval for the
Strategy for Change Part 2 and grant all necessary delegations to
officers to carry out all preparatory work necessary towards
submission of Outline Business Case.
As part of the pre-procurement work for Building Schools for the
Future the Council is required to submit a number of strategy and
business planning documents setting out the Council's vision and
approach to the project to Partnerships for Schools in order to
progress towards procurement of new school facilities.
