To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Housing and Sustainability seeking approval to demolish properties in Phase 1, submit a planning application for the whole scheme, accept the offer of grant on affordable units in Phase 1 from the Housing and Communities Agency and to receive feedback from consultation carried out with local residents in September 2014 about the regeneration plans.
