The Panel noted that the applicant had registered to speak and been present at the start of the meeting but had withdrawn from the meeting. Officers attempted to re-establish contact via telephone however there was no response to the call.
The presenting officer reported that Highways had confirmed vebally that they had no objection to the development.
The Panel then considered the recommendation to grant conditional planning permission. Upon being put to the vote the recommendation was carried.
RECORDED VOTE to grant planning permission FOR: Councillors Mitchell, Coombs, Prior, Savage, Vaughan, Windle AGAINST: Councillor L Harris
