Consultation Meeting In light of the current Covid Omicron variant surge this meeting will now be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. As a matter of law to be a legally constituted meeting it must be held physically. As it is not considered reasonable to do that at the moment it is being treated as a consultation meeting. Council officers will then take decisions under delegated powers to decide on the matters on the committee’s agenda after having due regard to the committee’s views and recommendations.
