To consider the report of the Director Quality and Integration detailing a review of the Terms of Reference for the Joint Commissioning Board

Decision:

To approve the revised Terms of Reference for the Joint Commissioning Board as attached as appendix 1 of the report.

Reasons for the decision:

The Terms of Reference are subject to Annual Review and must be approved and adopted by the CCG Governing Body and the City Council’s Cabinet as overseeing organisations of the Joint Commissioning Board.
