To consider the report of the Director : Infrastructure, BSF and Academies, seeking authority to vire the balance of the underspend in the Redbridge Primary Rebuild construction budget of £218,000 across to the reinstatement budget.
It is a planning condition that the modular classroom buildings at the old Redbridge Primary School be demolished and the land reinstated as playing field/football pitches. This work was set up as a separate project with a budget of £50,000 and current estimates indicate that this work will cost £300,000 including fees.

Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: This item has been withdrawn from the Cabinet Decision Making Meeting scheduled for 2nd August 2010 as since this item was included on the Forward Plan it has become apparent that following the review of Decision Making Procedures at the May Council Meeting there are sufficient Delegated Authorities to enable this decision to be taken as part of the Officer Delegated Decision Notice Procedures.
