bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF)
and to continue to develop the project until a decision is made on
the submission in March 2010.
This decision is needed to enable the project to progress and
develop until a decision is made in March 2010. However, if the bid
is wholly unsuccessful then this decision requirement will be
withdrawn.
