Housing Revenue Account Budget Report

To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Housing and Local Services seeking approval for the HRA budget proposals to be recommended to the budget setting Council meeting on 17th February including:
a) the proposed 2010/11 Housing Revenue Account (HRA) estimates for all of the day to day services provided to Council tenants in the city, together with any proposed rent and service charge increases for Council tenants from April 2010; and
b) the HRA capital programme for the period to 2012/13, which updates the programme approved by Council on 16th September 2009

 

The report will also provide information on the reform of Council Housing Finance and propose arrangements for the Council to be able to respond to the local issues likely to arise from this national initiative.
