To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Culture and Heritage seeking Attorney General’s approval on the proposed financial procedures for art disposals. In order to allocate any receipts from art sales towards the Council’s intended project (Sea City Museum,) in the manner proposed, the Attorney General’s approval is required. Officers are seeking approval to submit a formal request for approval to the Attorney General’s office.
