Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: As the proposals have developed, it is clear that there is only one ward affected by the introduction of this new parking facility. As the season tickets are to be offered as an option for residents to take up, if they want to, it is considered that this is not a Key decision under the decision process and can be made under Officer Delegated powers.
