To consider the report of the Head of Children and Young People Strategic Commissioning, Education and Inclusion seeking authority to enter pre-statutory consultation regarding the establishment of an all age, 4 through to 19, special school – based on the existing two Springwell and Great Oaks sites.

Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Reasons for withdrawal: Following further discussions with both schools it has been decided not to pursue this at present. The schools will continue to explore other ways of working together on an informal basis.
