Purpose:
To consider the report of the Cabinet Member
for Green City and Place, seeking approval of amendments to the
adopted Statement of Community Involvement which have been made in
light of Covid-19 impacts.
Decision:
(i) To approve the suggested amendments to the attached Statement of Community Involvement.
(ii) To adopt the amended Statement of Community Involvement.
Reasons for the decision:
1. To ensure we are compliant with the most up to date government guidance for plan-making.
2. To ensure continued flexibility in our approach to planning related consultations, so that they are proportionate, appropriate and safe in a Covid-19 context.
