Reablement and Rehabilitation job opportunity
Are you passionate about caring for people and want to help them to remain safe, well, and independent in their own homes? If so, Southampton City Council is hiring Rehabilitation and Reablement Assistants.
The role involves
- Supporting people to reach reablement goals
- Supporting with personal care, medication, diet, and fluids
- Being proactive in spotting signs of deterioration to avoid hospital admissions
- Keeping accurate notes
- Being a good team player and working with people
- Being committed and reliable
Please note - to be considered for the role, you must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.
