We need you!

We need volunteers to help us review the e-newsletter and plan future articles and topics. We’re not asking for a big-time commitment and you won’t even need to leave home as it will all be done online.  We simply want to know your thoughts on Tenants’ Link and if you have any suggestions for future articles. If you would like to get involved, please contact the Tenant Engagement Team.

Providing feedback about Tenants’ Link is just one of the ways you can get involved and help influence the service you receive from us. There are lots of different opportunities for you to make your voice heard and have your say about all aspects of the Housing Service; from cleaning and complaints to how we spend your rent and service charges. Check out our Tenant Engagement webpages for more details.

We’re also asking Tenants’ Link readers to complete an online survey for our tenant inspectors who are currently looking into the subject of council housing stigma and want your views on the subject. Everyone who completes a survey will be entered into a draw to win one of two £20 shopping vouchers.
