Investing in your homes

Hundreds of council homes across the city are set to receive improvements, thanks to a multi-million pound programme of works about to start that will deliver new roofs, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms

The major programme of work will be carried out on our behalf by Trident Maintenance Services Ltd over the next three years. Work will start imminently, and the improvements will make a huge difference to lots of households and help ensure that our properties meet decent homes standards.

If your home is identified as needing any work, we will write to you with details of what improvements will be taking place in your property. We will also let you know expected timescales of when our contractors aim to carry out the work. For those homes that are to receive a new kitchen, there may be the option to choose the colour of the new units and worktop. You will receive a visit from a surveyor and kitchen designer who will talk you through the details. If you have any questions about the works just get in touch.

Please remember that all our trade staff and our contractors carry photographic ID and will show this to you before entering your property. However, if you are unsure about letting a visitor into your home to carry out maintenance work, just give us a call on 023 8083 3006.
