If you need to contact us about a housing issue, just use the convenient online service anytime: simply select from a drop-down box of common issues such as changes to your tenancy, fobs, questions, or suggestions about your neighbourhood, and then follow the instructions on screen. You will either be directed to find further information and details of who to contact or given the option to send a message direct to your Local Housing Office.

The new online contact form has been developed in partnership with members of the Tenant Scrutiny Panel who provided essential feedback before it went live. Helen, one of the tenants who road tested the new service, says: “I am a member of the Tenant Scrutiny Panel and we often have an input into any suggested changes or improvements that provide an improved service for tenants in the city. We are pleased that our suggestions were implemented to make the contact form customer friendly.”

In addition to the online contact form you can also contact your Local Housing Office to receive help, advice and information on your council home and the services available to you.
