Have your say on safety

Giving you more say in safety decisions that affect your block is all part of our Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy which you can now read online, along with details of how we have responded to your feedback in a ‘You Said, We did’ section.

Diversity calendar

If you are planning a community event or activity it’s worth checking out the 2025 diversity calendar. Produced by our Tenant Engagement Team, the calendar has details on national, international, UN, faith, and fun days and might help you decide when to hold an event.

Tenant household survey

As your landlord it is important that we hold accurate and up to date information on you and your household. This is to ensure we deliver relevant services and to help us plan for the future.

We appreciate that household circumstances change over time, and you may not have had a chance to update us, so we will be asking all tenants to complete a household survey. Please keep an eye out for the survey and for updates in Tenants’ Link.

A reminder about the housing register

We previously informed you of upcoming changes to the housing register that will be coming into effect from 1 April 2025. It is important that you have registered or reregistered on the Homesearch website.

Don’t delay as applications can take time to process. Remember that you will need a valid email address to sign up.
