Winter and summer conferences
Our conferences are open to tenants and leaseholders only:
- The summer conference is the one evening a year when all our involved tenants gather together to hear about the work volunteers have done throughout the year. It is truly inspirational
- If facts and figures are more your thing, then come along to the winter conference where you can hear about housing plans for the next year. This can include where we are updating kitchens and bathrooms and where we are planning regeneration projects

Tenant Housing Conference July 2023
The majority of speakers at our Tenants housing conference held on 12 July 2023 were tenants of Southampton City Council. It gave tenants the opportunity to share some of the fantastic work they have been doing the last year. Some of the groups speaking were the Tenant Resource Group, the Tenant Inspectors and the Tenant Repairs Panel.
