Tenant engagement team

We encourage and support tenants and leaseholders to be involved so that together we can improve the Housing Service and make a difference in communities.

We will

• Give residents a wide range of opportunities to influence and be involved in the Housing Service
• Work with tenants and leaseholders to ensure there is a resident-focused service 
• Ensure residents are involved when developing housing-related policies and priorities
• Involve residents in decision making processes and the setting of service standards
• Empower residents to scrutinise the performance of the Housing Service
• Be supportive of the ambitions for resident involvement as outlined by the Regulator of Social Housing
