Are you looking to increase your business productivity? Would new expertise unlock potential products, services, or markets for your business?

Joins us to find out about Knowledge Transfer Partnerships - a long running initiative to enable Businesses to access funding to support embedding specialist knowledge in their organisation in order to drive innovation, achieve growth or productivity increases.

The University of Southampton is hosting a networking event to highlight how KTP can be harnessed to overcome challenges to local business growth.

We will hear from the Business Engagement Team at University of Southampton who will introduce the programme, how it works and how you can apply.

We will also hear from members of our academic community who are passionate about collaborating with industry and applying their expertise to 'real world' challenges. These speakers will include:

Dr Antonio Martinez-Sykora is an expert on cutting and packing problems as well as routing problems. He has worked on other areas as logistics planning, scheduling and revenue management. Dr Martinez-Sykora was also an academic partner on a recent successful KTP with Lucketts Travel.

Dr Jane Parry is looking at how work organisation is changing and what this means for daily work practices. She is particularly interested in partnering with organisations around interventions that can enhance staff well-being and retention.
