Enabling Excellence – how our services will change

There are currently five key programmes of activity within the Enabling Excellence portfolio. These are focused on designing and delivering enabling services to support the council’s target operating model and to be more customer focused, efficient and effective.

These will provide better data, forecasting and demand management to inform decision making whilst reducing unnecessary bureaucracy and delays. We will take a digital first approach, identifying digital opportunities to streamline and automate processes and improve customer outcomes.
