Essential website maintenance

Between 10am and 2.30pm on Sunday 24 November 2024, our website may be unavailable for some periods of time. In addition, some tools and features on our website may not be available even when the rest of the website is accessible. This is due to essential maintenance work taking place.

If you come across anything on our website that is not available, or is not working as expected, please try again once the maintenance period has ended.

We expect that the following tools and features may not be working during the maintenance period:

• Online forms
• Bin collection calendar
• Our interactive maps, including the find parking map
• Registering or signing in to your online Council Tax account
• The online platform used to view evidence or challenge a parking fine
• Where I Live and My Nearest
• The online platforms used to view planning and building control applications and decisions and view public registers

Please note that the above is not an exhaustive list and other website functionality may be affected during this time.
