The PATHS Programme for Schools
The PATHS® Programme is an evidence-based, early intervention and prevention, social and emotional learning programme aimed at 2 – 14 year olds (pre-school, primary and KS3 aged children), that teaches pro-social skills, emotional understanding, social problem-solving, resilience and self-control.
Course summary
The training will address the evidence base for the programme as well as the main concepts and learning techniques within it. The training will cover:

- The PATHS® Programme for Schools (UK Version) evidence base
- Links to the curriculum

Learning outcomes
To be able to deliver the PATHS programme within your setting to support the internal curriculum pathway for social and emotional development to ensure a whole school approach to mental health and well-being.
Learners need to bring their PATHS folders/resources to the course. All participants will receive one paths folder resource as a part of the course cost.
Course date
Tuesday 24 September 2024 – 9.30am to 4pm – Highpoint Venue
And one-half day in March 2025 – Time and Venue TBC
Attendance
Per school, up to three people, ideally a senior leader and two people likely delivering with young people.
Course costs

- R&1 (Shared Pack) – Cost £1100.00
- 2,3 or 4 Pack – Cost £750.00
- 4,5 or 6 Pack – Cost £750.00
Note - Secondary colleagues wanting to use resources with year 7 in particular will be able to make use of 5/6 packs.
